Ozan Cam is a company located in the fourth largest city of Turkey, called Bursa. The glass tempering furnace Ozan Cam purchased is the very first furnace LandGlass ever sold in this region.
As soon as LandGlass’ teams arrived, the sales manager was welcomed by Ali, the owner of Ozan Cam, with a big hug. They forged a profound friendship during the process of equipment sales and installation. Because it’s the very first furnace LandGlass installed in Bursa, Ali was a little anxious at the beginning. But his concerns were eased sooner than he expected. Along with the professional installation engineers, LandGlass also sent a staff member proficient in English.
