In 2013, the after-sales service team of LandGlass were busy working all over the world, including the installation engineers who left home and stayed out for more than 200 days to provide on-site installation for customers all over the world and the international customer service personnel who rendered follow-up service to hundreds of glass tempering furnaces running abroad. In 2013, LandGlass gained more satisfaction and trust from customers for its professional and timely service.
At the end of 2013, Mr. Fransisco Tapia who runs a glass processing business named PROCRISTAL in Chile sent a mail to the supervisor of LandGlass' after-sales team in the Americas to grant an award to his team as he usually does to honor his best suppliers at home and abroad.
