Glass tempering furnace is a machine to make tempered glass via a thermal tempering process, in which the glass is heated to a certain temperature, and then rapidly cooled at the required rate, producing permanent stress inside the glass, hence improving the mechanical properties of the glass. To ensure the quality of the tempered glass, it is essential to ensure proper control of each step. Glass loading is the first step for glass tempering. We need to make sure:
1)Inspect the rollers and make sure the rollers are clean and in good condition.
2)Inspect the glass sheets and make sure there are no stones or scratches in the glass sheets.
3)Make sure the glass is evenly spaced and the minimum space between the glass panes is 50 mm.
