In a relatively low-temperature environment, the temperature is uniform and easy to control, allowing for even and effective heating of the glass. it will reduce quality defects such as optical distortion, spherical bending, hot spots, white haze, etc.
After being preheated in the pre-heating section, the glass enters the heating furnace; the heating furnace is usually set at about 700°C. Similarly, due to the small temperature difference, the temperature in the furnace is relatively stable. The glass enters a stable temperature environment. At this time, the glass heat absorbing efficiency,compared with the first heating stage,is weakened, which stabilizes the shape of the glass and reduces the possibility of deformation.
