Annual Meeting & Technical Seminar of China Glass Industry for 2014 Held Successfully in Hangzhou

Annual Meeting of China Glass Industry for 2014 was held successfully in Hangzhou recently. Related activities such as technical discussion, market exchange and product display were carried out, themed by energy conservation, environmental protection, innovation and development in the meeting, to enable the glass enterprises to fully understand the current situations and development trends of the glass industry at home and abroad currently, enhance industrial communication, contact and cooperation, and promote the industrial technical progress and industrial development. There were more than 400 leaders and business representatives attending the meeting. It was conducted by Senior Vice Chairman Zhang Baiheng from China Architectural and Industrial Glass Association.


Meanwhile, this year is the fiftieth year of development of the insulated glass industry of China. The celebration for 50-year's development of insulated glass, "Witness History, Moves towards Magnificently" was held during the meeting. The industrial development road and the achievement of the strategic target of "Surpassing and Leading" were further determined by reviewing the history and summing up the experience.


The annual meeting was informative. In addition to the opening report and celebration, the Association and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange hosted the glass future summit forum. The annual meeting also edited and published Special Issue for Annual Meeting, Special Issue for 50 Years of Insulated Glass, and Collected Papers for Annual Meeting including 83 papers. Meanwhile, Association Activity Advanced Workers, and award-winning authors of papers were commended.
