In order to ensure a smooth lifting of the tempering furnace body, after each lift of the upper tempering furnace body, spray an appropriate amount of #46 lubricating oil from the top of the glass tempering furnace pillar onto the trapezoidal screw.
The bevel gear drive of the glass tempering furnace body: apply lithium-based grease once every quarter.
Lift motor reducer on the top of the glass tempering furnace: maintain the lubricant oil level in the middle position of the oil window. The motor reducer lubricant should be changed once a year. We recommend using #30 or #40 oil. The #40 oil , compared with #30 one, has a higher applicable maximum temperature and better oil stability once the temperature is particularly high.
