1. First of all, disconnect the two wires of the faulty thermocouple which are connected with the glass tempering furnace. Mark its connection position and pull the damaged thermocouple out of the casing tube;
2. When installing a new thermocouple, straighten the thermocouple element and carefully push it into the casing tube. Try to hold the base of the thermocouple element when pushing it in to prevent it from being twisted. Insert its end into the corresponding temperature measurement hole on the air deflector inside the heating furnace.
3. Finally, connect the wires of thermocouple. Make sure that the connection position remains the same as we marked before.
